Blue Hole Regional Park is a natural, spring-fed swimming hole lined with the iconic Cypress Trees located deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The whole family will enjoy swimming in crystal clear water, sunbathing on the grassy swim lawn, and of course, swinging on our famous rope swings.
Beautiful swimming hole in the heart of Wimberley Texas. Cypress Falls is the perfect place to spend a hot summer afternoon. Canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and tubes are all available for rent. Beer and wine are also available for purchase.
Jacob's Well is a recurring karstic spring in the Texas Hill Country that emerges from the Cypress Creek bed and is situated to the northwest of Wimberley. It is the second-largest fully submerged cave in Texas. The deepest part of the cavern system is 140 feet deep.
Old Baldy Park was a popular piece of publicly used land. it includes 218 rock steps that produce 360-degree views of the Wimberley valley as the reward for your climb. The actual hike up Old Baldy Trail is listed by Alltrails.com as being “good for all skill levels.”
