Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. However, we highly recommend hiring bar staffing for the event in order to take stress off of you and your guests.
We have been very fortunate to work with so many wonderful vendors who make it easy for us to recommend their services. Although we don’t require our guests to use vendors off of our list, we encourage them to start there as the listed vendors know our property and work well with us and our guests.
We do not require you to hire a wedding planner, but do recommend a day of coordinator to help provide our guests with a stress free day focused on themselves and their loved ones.
We encourage all of our couples to purchase event insurance for their own peace of mind. Eventhelper.com is a super easy and affordable option.
For a rain plan we recommend reserving a tent with one of the event rental companies we recommend. Our entire back patio/reception space can be tented.
We do allow pets with the payment of our pet fee of $250 for up to 2 dogs.
We are about 45 minutes from the Austin Bergstrom airport.
Our property is not considered 100% handicap accessible. However, our property can be driven on so that guests needing extra assistance can be escorted via car or golf carts (not provided) throughout. Our front and back doors are wider than average, but the back door can be accessed without having to use any steps. We also have two cottages that are ADA friendly with a ramp, shower chair, and accessible sink and shower.
We encourage all of our guests to decorate to their liking while still respecting the property. We ask that tape, adhesives, and other decor be removed prior to checking out. Nails, screws, and other invasive attachments are prohibited. Rearranging furniture is allowed, however we do ask that you take care when moving items and require everything be replaced in the manner in which it was found. Confetti is highly discouraged and an extra cleaning fee applies if found upon check out.
Just like any short term rental, there are check out/cleaning procedures. We ask that all trash be contained in a bin and taken out to our larger bins or dumpster. Decorations, flatware, and other event items should be removed and cleaned up as well. Any extra or extensive cleaning required by us may result in a fee.
