Our small, but growing portfolio is a highly curated and thoughtfully designed group of properties in the Austin, TX metropolitan area. As we add to the portfolio, we are extremely conscious of maintaining asset quality, location synergies, and our strict investment criteria/return requirements.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Our team is focused on acquiring, developing, & operating unique experiential hospitality properties with expansive and beautiful landscapes to offer exceptional venues/spaces and remarkable overnight lodging for our guests to come together for special gatherings and events.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Reverie Hospitality is our operating company and market-facing brand for our growing portfolio of boutique properties. We’re vertically integrated as we manage our properties in-house with a lean, but highly experienced team of hospitality professionals. This aligns incentives across the board to maximize the value created and gives us the unique ability to tailor a guest experience focused on memorable gatherings with loved ones.

DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION

We are uniquely situated to execute value-add construction and ground-up hospitality property development with our affiliated construction business, Backyard Pod. This additional component of vertical integration gives Reverie a competitive advantage on pricing, suppliers, construction timelines, etc. Backyard Pod’s tiny homes and glamping structures are not only stylish and functional, but also eco-friendly. They use sustainable materials to minimize the environmental impact (energy efficient and long-lasting) as well as to create an nature-immersive guest experience.
