The property boasts its own private cove with a two-slip boat dock, 6,500 square feet of living space, pool, hot tub, multiple kitchens, two indoor bars, grass volleyball, and other outdoor games.

The Main House sleeps nine people with the largest indoor common space that has a huge sectional couch and 75″ smart tv, large dining table, unique built in bar area, and a spacious kitchen that has two of each appliance. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a spacious primary bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa and the guest bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and a twin bed.
The Gameroom Suite has a massive bar, ping pong table, arcade games, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed that sleeps four guests. Additionally, the living room has a full size murphy bed.
The Guest House is a one bedroom suite that has two queen over queen bunk beds that can sleep up to eight guests total. The living room has a kitchen, full bathroom, indoor dining and high top tables, and a private deck with an outdoor dining table.
Cottage #1 has two bedrooms (sleep six guests), a full bathroom, and a living room with a couch, smart tv, and coffee bar. The first bedroom has a queen bed the second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed.
Cottage #2 has three bedrooms (sleeps up to ten guests), a full kitchen, full common bathroom, and an attached guest laundry room with our commercial grade ice machine. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second and third bedrooms each have queen over queen bunk beds.
We do allow pets with the payment of our pet fee of $250 for up to 2 dogs.
We are about 55 minutes away from the Austin Bergstrom airport
We do not allow loud outdoor music after 10pm due to Lago Vista noise ordinance
The property is only rented in it’s entirety. Guests will have private access to the entire 10 acres including the 4 main house living suites, the guest house, laundry room, pool, entire private cove on the lake, and the boat dock.
If you are bringing a boat, there is a boat ramp nearby. We will need the license plate, make and model for the allotted 2 vehicles allowed, and then we will send you the passes to access the boat ramp. We have to go through the city, so we need at least 3 weeks notice to ensure your passes arrive on time.
Check-in time is any time after 4pm and check-out is 10am. Please message or communicate with us if you would like to check in earlier or checkout later and we may be able to accommodate you. Additional fees may apply.
We have hosted many wonderful intimate weddings at our property. We can accommodate 50 guests in total on the property. Since we only host smaller low-key weddings at our property, please note that we do not have wedding equipment (chairs, altar, dance floor, stage, etc.) other than moveable picnic tables and benches.
