FAQs

We have been very fortunate to work with so many wonderful vendors who make it easy for us to recommend their services. We do require use of one of our approved vendors for catering and also require the use of our in-house bar services, but we don’t require our groups to use the recommended vendors for the rest of the categories. However, we do encourage them to start there as the listed vendors know our property and work well with us and our guests.

We are less than an hour and a half from both the Austin and Houston international airports.

Yes, all of our event spaces are all handicap accessible!

After using the event spaces, we ask that all trash be contained in a bin and taken out to our larger bins or dumpster. Decorations, flatware, and other event items should be removed and cleaned up as well. Any extra or extensive cleaning required by us may result in a fee.

Our standard event rental is a 12-hour rental, typically from 11am-11pm; however, there is typically flexibility to adjust this time range and/or add on hours on either end.

We have four indoor and three outdoor spaces for both ceremony and reception. Beside Brunwine pond or under the cover of the Union Bell Chapel, your day will be picture-perfect.

Vendors can arrive anytime within your rental agreement.
