Reverie Hospitality, LLC (“Reverie,” “we,” “our” or “us“) owns or manages a family of boutique hospitality properties and the related websites, booking engines, mobile applications, and in‑person services (collectively, the “Services“). The properties are:

  • The Cedars Ranch
  • The Vine
  • The Liney Moon
  • The Estate on Lake Travis

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information whenever you interact with any of our Services.

This Policy applies to guests, event clients, website visitors, prospective customers, vendors, and any other individuals whose personal information we process in connection with the Services. If you book through a third‑party platform (for example Airbnb, Cloudbeds, or another online travel agency), the privacy terms of that platform will also apply to your booking.

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you provide directly
Names, postal and email addresses, telephone numbers, dates of stay, event details, payment method, special requests, dietary or accessibility preferences, guest lists and any other information you choose to give us.

Government‑issued or verification data
Passport numbers, driver’s‑license details or other identification presented at check‑in or when required by law.

Payment information
Credit‑ or debit‑card numbers, expiration dates, and billing addresses. We process all payments through PCI‑compliant providers and do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Marketing and communication preferences
Your choices about receiving promotional emails, texts, or calls and your preferred communication channels.

Device and usage data
IP addresses, browser types, referring pages, pages viewed, time spent on our sites, links clicked, cookies, and mobile‑device identifiers collected through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

Approximate location data
General location inferred from your IP address or, if you permit, from your device settings.

Audio or visual data
Security‑camera footage in common areas of our properties and voicemail recordings when you leave us a message over the phone.

Sensitive information (collected only with your consent)
Health‑related details needed for event planning or accessibility accommodations, and preferred gender pronouns.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. See Section 10 for additional details.

  1. Provide and manage reservations and events – to process bookings, send confirmations, personalize stays, and coordinate vendor services.
  2. Process payments and prevent fraud – through secure payment processors and identity verification where necessary.
  3. Communicate with you – to respond to inquiries, send pre‑arrival information, updates, invoices, and post‑stay surveys.
  4. Marketing and promotions – to send offers or newsletters you have opted to receive (you can opt‑out at any time).
  5. Improve our Services – to analyze usage, develop new features, test website functionality, and train team members.
  6. Legal and safety purposes – to comply with applicable laws, enforce contracts, resolve disputes, and maintain the security of guests, staff, and property.
  1. We share personal information only when necessary:

    • Affiliated businesses – our four properties listed above, for centralized management and guest services.
    • Service providers – payment processors, booking‑platform providers, email‑delivery vendors, marketing agencies, IT support, housekeeping contractors, and event vendors. All are required to keep information confidential and use it only for the services we request.
    • Legal and safety authorities – when compelled by subpoenas, court orders, or other lawful requests, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Reverie, our guests, or the public.
    • Business transfers – if we sell part of our business or assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will give notice of any material change in ownership or new uses of your data.

    We do not sell or rent your personal information for monetary consideration.

  1. We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to remember your preferences, understand how our sites are used, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can control most cookies through your browser settings and can opt‑out of certain analytics tracking via the links provided in our separate Cookie Notice.
