As a native Austinite, Ryan remembers hiking the green belt, water skiing Lake Austin, and enjoying Texas sunsets with a Shiner Bock or Topo Chico. Ryan brings his love for Central Texas and his passion for creating unforgettable experiences to his role at Reverie. When he’s not working, you can find Ryan on the golf course, traveling, exploring new restaurants and hotels, and perfecting his Mai Tai recipe. Ryan currently lives in NYC with his wife, son, and his cat, Rhubarb.

With a passion for adventure and a love for making memories, Sean is always on the lookout for the next exciting hospitality experience. He enjoys discovering new properties and natural landscapes to share with Reverie guests, and when he’s not working, you can bet he’s out playing with his kids, teeing off on the golf course, or exploring new destinations with his wife. He’s also a bit of a sports enthusiast and can often be found cheering on his favorite teams. Sean is always up for a challenge and is dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests.

Pavel Kolenda brings expertise in construction, finance, and design to Reverie Hospitality. As co-founder, he combines his passion for architecture and innovation to create stunning retreats like The Cedars Ranch. When he’s not managing projects or running his tiny home company, Backyard Pod, Pavel enjoys family time with his wife and two sons, Cal and his newborn Everett.

With a Diet Coke in hand, Dillon provides hospitality with personality and is a matchmaker between clients and properties within the Reverie Hospitality Portfolio. She loves working with families and couples to make their events a success and her favorite thing (other than anything on BravoTV) is getting to watch families grow when they come back each year!

With a warm smile and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, Raegan is the go-to expert for seamless events and stress-free reservations at Reverie Hospitality. As an Events and Reservation Coordinator, she loves helping couples, families, and groups bring their dream gatherings to life. When she’s not coordinating the perfect event, you’ll find her enjoying a good cup of coffee and planning her next adventure.

GM, The Cedars Ranch
With a smile as bright as the Texas sunshine, Heather brings warmth and hospitality to The Cedars Ranch. Her favorite thing about her job? Creating unforgettable experiences for guests, of course! She loves the thrill of balancing logistics with personal touches to make every stay feel like a homecoming. Fun fact: Heather met her husband under the stars at a music festival in West Texas – talk about a love story!
GM, The Vine
With a cup of coffee in hand and her trusty sidekick Buffy, her lovable Great Dane, by her side, Kaitlyn is the ultimate event whisperer. She thrives on helping her team in bringing events to life and making every moment a memorable one. When she’s not planning unforgettable experiences, you can find her chasing her next big catch (whether it’s a fish or a wedding bouquet) or indulging in her favorite pup cups with Buffy. And did we mention she’s been a bridesmaid in 14 weddings? Talk about a party girl!
Operations Manager
With a hands-on approach and a dedication to excellence, Clay ensures that every property in the Reverie Hospitality Portfolio operates flawlessly. As the Portfolio Operations and Facilities Manager, he oversees the ins and outs of each venue, making sure every detail is perfect for guests. Whether optimizing logistics or tackling unexpected challenges, he thrives on keeping things running smoothly. When he’s not managing operations, Clay enjoys spending time outdoors and discovering the best local eats.

With a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, Alec ensures that every property in the Reverie Hospitality Portfolio operates at its best. As an Operations and Facilities Associate, he takes pride in creating seamless experiences for guests, whether it’s behind the scenes or on-site. When he’s not keeping things in top shape, Alec enjoys exploring the great outdoors and unwinding with a good book.

Archie is the financial wizard behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly while helping the company reach new heights. When he’s not diving into spreadsheets, he’s out exploring the world with friends and family or just vibing solo with his favorite tunes. A coffee addict and sweets enthusiast, Archie is always on the hunt for the best local cafes to fuel his next adventure.
