From Lake Travis to Wimberley: The Evolution of Reverie Hospitality
Reverie Hospitality’s story began in 2020 when Sean and his partner Ryan Swisher acquired their first property, Estate on Lake Travis, a 10-bedroom waterfront property that quickly became a hotspot for large gatherings. This successful venture led them to explore more opportunities, and they soon purchased The Liney Moon, an 8-acre ranch-style property in Dripping Springs. As their portfolio grew, they welcomed Pavel Kolenda as a third partner, bringing expertise in tiny home construction.

Their most recent acquisition is The Cedars Ranch in Wimberley, a 20-acre property that boasts a beautiful event/wedding venue. Reverie Hospitality is currently expanding the property with unique glamping-style lodging and resort-quality amenities, including a resort-style pool with a poolside bar and cabanas. This project was successfully accomplished last on December 2023.
As with any entrepreneurial venture, Sean and his team have faced numerous challenges, including regulatory changes, development delays, financing issues, and major repairs. However, their commitment to teamwork and integrity has been instrumental in overcoming these obstacles.
